Before founding Loretta Stagnitto Leadership, I spent 22-years building marketing teams and leading major sales and marketing initiatives for pioneering technology start-ups and established industry organizations. Amidst the frequent positioning and re-positioning of brands, and the numerous ‘first-ever’ creations of Joint-Ventures and Internet companies I was a part of, I studied leadership and management. In-action and On-the-Battlefield. I’ve seen the good and the bad of human behavior. And I know first-hand the impact that strong leadership and effective management practices can have on the success of an enterprise. That’s what inspired me to become a Leadership Coach.
